We live in a modern world…

So our security processes should be too. After over 200 years of combined law enforcement, fire/EMT and military experience, the leadership team of Tier One realized that the traditional model of security was reactionary—waiting on the response from law enforcement after an incident has occurred. After years of waiting and personally responding to these calls, the Senior Partners of Tier One gathered with a mission: To change the face of campus security with innovative processes and technology to keep our family and loved ones safe before, during and after an incident. We define a “campus” very loosely as any area where a large population of vulnerable people may gather—this includes schools, houses of worship, city centers and more.
