Adam graduated number one in the class with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. According to Investopedia, the Texas Tech financial planning program is a Top 5 school in the nation. Financial Planning Magazine’s survey also ranked Texas Tech’s financial planning program as one of the most influential programs in the profession. The readers and the editors of Financial Planning Magazine release a survey to rank the best individuals and programs in the profession.

Mint Wealth Management was founded by Adam 15 years ago and currently has between 5-10 full time employees at any given time, as well as many strategic partnerships with various money managers, and custodians such as TD Ameritrade, Fidelity (private labeled as AssetMark Trust Company), SEI Trust Company, and Charles Schwab.

When asked what prompted him to start his own business, Adam said, “After working at a large trust company in the Houston area gaining valuable experience such as working with various oil executives, I decided to form a firm with my father who taught a retirement planning course at many of the local colleges and universities in the Houston area.

We combine our financial plans with risk-adjusted and tax managed investment strategies that allow our clients to retire
